We have a reputation of caring about our clients, taking care of them, and ‘being there’ for them. Â Consequently, when WordPress became popular enough to be the low-hanging fruit for hackers, I knew I had to do something to protect my clients, most of whom do not have the technical chops to do it themselves.
As a result, our website overwatch service flew ‘under the radar’ for about four years, gaining several high-profile clients along the way. Recently I decided to turn it into a formal service.
