Disgruntled Customers Can Do Worse To You Than Write A Bad Review

It’s bad enough when a customer writes a bad review of your business on Yelp.  Piss off the wrong customer these days and they can do far worse.

A restaurant (who shall remain nameless) had an unhappy customer.  The customer complained in a very vocal, very public manner.  The customer also had a very large loyal fan base.  Since then, the restaurant’s website has come under repeated attack.

Unfortunately, that is the reality in today’s world for business owners. While we can’t help you with boycotts or negative Yelp reviews, we can prevent your website from getting hacked.
